The small print

How we deliver, what happens when something is wrong, and what we do with your details. Written to be read, not to be skipped.

We ship across Egypt from the factory in 10th of Ramadan City.

Three to five working days anywhere in Egypt. Cairo and Giza are usually at the faster end of that.
Free delivery on orders over LE 1,000. Below that it is a flat LE 60, shown in the bag before you pay.
Orders placed on a Friday or a public holiday are packed the next working day.
The courier calls before arriving. If nobody answers, they try again the following working day.
Prices are in Egyptian pounds and include VAT.

We do not ship outside Egypt yet. For export or wholesale, write to us.

Food is different from other products, so the rule is simple: sealed comes back, opened does not.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
Email us with your order number and we arrange the pickup. You do not pay for the collection.
Anything damaged, wrong or past its date is on us. Send a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it or refund it in full, including the delivery charge.
Refunds go back the way you paid, within 14 days of the products reaching us. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or wallet.
For hygiene and food-safety reasons we cannot accept an opened bar, cup or jar unless there is something wrong with the product itself.

We collect what an order needs and nothing beyond it.

What we collect: your name, phone number, email and delivery address, plus what you ordered. That is what it takes to pack a box and put it at your door.
Who sees it: our team, and the courier who delivers to you. We do not sell or rent your details to anybody.
Your bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing your browser data clears them.
Payment details never reach us. Card payments are handled by the payment provider on their own systems.
Your rights: ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it — write to us and we answer within 30 days.

An order is confirmed when we send you the confirmation with an order number. Until then we may decline it — most often because something has just gone out of stock.
Prices and offers can change, but never after you have placed an order.
Nutrition figures and ingredient lists on this site match what is printed on the pack. If the two ever disagree, the pack is what counts.
PROMAX products are food, not medicine. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent anything. If you have an allergy or a medical condition, read the ingredient list and talk to your doctor.

These terms are governed by Egyptian law.
